Delete your TajiFinds account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or the website. We confirm it with a code sent to your phone.

In the app

  • Open the TajiFinds app and go to Account.
  • Tap Delete account, enter the code we send you, and confirm.

On the website

  • Sign in with your phone number.
  • Open Profile, choose Delete account, enter the code and confirm.

If you can no longer sign in, ask us on the Help page and we will verify that the account is yours before we delete it.

What we delete

Your name, phone number, email, delivery addresses, map pins, customs details (KRA PIN and national ID), profile photo and notification settings are removed, and you are signed out on every device.

What we keep

Records of bookings, payments, refunds and claims are kept without your name or contact details, for as long as Kenyan tax and financial law requires. They cannot be linked back to you.

Signing up again later with the same number creates a new, empty account. See our privacy policy for more.
