TajiFinds processes personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email.
• Delivery addresses and, if you choose, a map pin.
• Customs details you provide, such as your KRA PIN and national ID, used only for clearance.
• Shipment, payment and support history.

How we use it

• To quote, book, clear and deliver your parcels.
• To take payments and issue refunds.
• To send updates you have chosen in notification settings.

Who we share it with

Only the logistics partners handling your shipment, customs authorities and payment providers, and only what each needs. Public tracking links show no name, phone number or address.

Your rights

You can view and correct your details in your profile, change notification choices, and delete your account from the profile page.

Security

Personal and payment data are encrypted. Staff access is role-based and logged.
